Didn't receive character I bought

I bought the film set (120 donuts) and was supposed to get the character McBain. After I placed the film set it showed the pop-up page of McBain saying " I told you I'll be back". And he was never placed in my Springfield or my inventory. Any help would be appreciated

Is it possible he’s engaged in a task? Have you checked the Town Hall census for his possible whereabouts?

If he’s truly gone, you might try storing and then restoring the film set. Otherwise, you may have to contact EA for assistance.

    I haven't seen his character at all in my town. No question at all has popped up for him. I will try storing and restoring

    Just tried storing and restoring and the same results he's not there. Even looked in my town hall and he's not in there either

    McBain is a skin for Wolfcastle, not a new character.
