I haven't been able to get into the game at all since late last night. I'm at the login screen, tapping to continue, the pink donut spins a bit and then I get booted out of the game.
Anyone else having this problem?
I am stuck at the beginning with Homer in the nuclear power plant. I have played this game for over a year with no problems. I have tried rebooting, logging out and logging back in and nothing helps. I have searched for a solution and there are tons of other people in the same boat but no one suggests a solution. Please help!
Same here. I've been stuck to the loading screen for a day now. For a few days I've had problems on longer time of laoding, now it can;t get in to the server at all! Hopefully there's a fix that comes as soon as possible.
My game has been stuck for 2 days now. I can't get past the login screen. I have tried reinstalling the app and logging out but nothing works. Is there a fix or update to fix this. Any one else having the same issue?

Since Saturday morning I haven't been able to get through the login screen. The donut spins, spins and then it redirects me to the home screen. I talked to EA on Twitter and according to them "there seems to be a problem for some accounts, but not all players" that's why you're receiving visits.
I've also talked to them through the help center and also a guy told me that there's a bug they're trying to fix... The ironic part is that they're asking for my mayhem ID to see what's going on and since I can't enter the game, I can't find a way to get the number... really disappointed. They know about this and seems they're doing nothing cause "specialists are working in the issue" sounds to me like a lame excuse to get rid of me once I contacted them.
This is a load of crap. Haven't been able to get to the game for going on four days. Obviously I'm not the only one. EA should make some kind of announcement via the forums to explain what's going on.
I got the same Problem. Every time i start TSTO it stucks on the loading Screen "cannot connect to the Server". I have been having this Problem since few weeks.

I am running into an issue where it is saying I do not have enough space to do an update to the game. However i have been deleting apps and i have 1.2 gigs available. How much more space could it need? Or is there a bigger issue? Why are the downloads so big?!

I've been having the same issue for the past week. Sometimes for whatever reason it'll work and sometimes it won't.
Also it gets stuck after the opening credits to a blank screen, I have to restart the game multiple times before it works.
It does it both on my phone and tablet, both Android (Nexus 5 and Galaxy Tab S 10.1)

Anyone else having issues connecting to the server after the update this morning? I logged in and there was one update and after that I keep getting a cannot connect to server. I have closed the game several times, rebooted my phone, and tried switching between data and wifi. Nothing seems to work. EA Please fix this soon
Having the same problem, if i delete the game and reinstall it, i can log into the game but gets disconencted after a few secs.
After that i keep getting the disconnected try to log in in X secs... and keeps getting back to that screen in an endless loop.

I just got off the phone with a Tech from EA. There's suppose to be ".....a patch to fix ....this afternoon." They're in the Pacific time zone, so hopefully we will all be back tapping soon.
