no idea... it was a guess... but since you have to pay for it, you might get a few. maybe 10 - 30. we'll see when we can actually buy one

This is part of then level 26 update some of us somehow received (none of us can get on anymore' se the level 26 thread). Before mine died, I saw it appears in the quick-e-mart above the regular Scratch-r and had a .99 where the donut or money symbol usually is. Guess we'll all find out soon enough!

It like the dogs races another in game / game to win money

It's like a lotto ticket you get a change to win money of a scratch card
