Hi,
depends on how much you play....
I played when the game was originally released and lost my progress before the Origin Account was working.
I restarted last summer right with Monorail and I think I was on Level 59 in Winter. But I still havend finished SH and all Lvl59 Quests... since so many events came up ;-)

in short: a few months of almost daily playing

I guess it took me about two, two and a half years. But level 59 didn't exist when i started playing so a lot of that time was waiting on EA to create it.

Probably two more years for level 60?! :P
All my designs look unfinished because i can't place as many plants, streetlights, and fences as i would like. PLEASE REMOVE THE LIMIT, EA!

I'd suggest digging up the "Race to the Finish" thread. That should give you a pretty good idea on how fast you can move through the levels while staying freemium.

I started playing last year in late February. I think It took me about 8 months to get to level 59. Only bought donuts once, didn't house farm, and wasn't really in any rush to level up.

When I first started, I think the highest level was 49?? It may have even been a little lower...

Anyway, by the time I hit max level for the first time, I think it was level 52 or 53. Whatever it was, it took me at least 4 months of non-stop playing to get to that point. And at the time, they had already been adding about 1 level per month; plus they introduced several time and resource 'sinks,' such as Springfield Heights, the Monorail, the Money Mountain, etc. I was doing as much of those as it was possible to do as I went.

By the time I got to max level, it was hard (but absolutely possible) to maintain my progress because of the need for in-game cash; and this was before I actually started buying any land for decorating. My town was as minimal as possible, while keeping out all of my buildings & the decos needed to maintain 5 stars.

I could go on about this topic, but bottom line: there are a lot of factors to consider when trying to answer your questiin, OP. But I doubt anyone that dedicates all of their available time to playing this game could go from 1-59 inside of 4 months, even if they devoted all of their resources to levels. The fact that you must get through almost the whole Krustyland and Squidport questlines before you're allowed to finish is a big inertia-killer.

5 or 6 months to reach level 50 (and I mean actual level 50 where Helen Lovejoy is available).

I started around April/May 2015. Tapping two, three times a day and buying a few premium items I got to max level after 5-6 months but it took me at least 2 more months to finish all the quests and actually unlock everything.

Think it took me about 6 months to hit the cap (though Halloween really helped with the wailing walls. The game is way more enjoyable when it's not taking a week to save up for the next levels character).

Main game, some spend on donuts, was about 5 months iirc. This includes all level storylines complete.

B game, no spend and intermittent play, am at level 59 XP in maybe 6 months but quite a few levels behind on the story.

As a complete newbie I took three months. I started in January and got to 59 in March, I shamelessly farmed non-unique buildings. Starting around level 38 I used all the tips I found in the race to the end thread.

Kwik-E-Marts(KEMs) are super overpowered: building them is fastest way to earn XP, clicking on them is the fastest way to earn money. They have the lowest max price, and are one of smallest buildings.

I think that an experienced freemium player leveling as fast as possible could go from level 0 to 59 in less than a month.

Like others have said, it depends

I had an anonymous game I was piddling around with occasionally. I was at about level 8 or 9. When the * Simpson update hit I decided to try to see if I could get her in the game just for the heck of it and started playing the game seriously. I've kept it up and I'm now at level 50,

I think I could be further along but I stopped grinding for cash and started doing the Heights just so I could get all the land to spread out into. That took a couple of weeks.

I also used some donuts sparingly to rush a few things. Usually waiting until tasks were at least half done before I rushed them, so that cut a little time off, allowing me to start new tasks before I went to bed and such.

Lol I knew this would come I handy for something.

    It took me.

But I play console games too. So when I'm back on my Xbox or ps whatever is the newest console versions I
Don't go on this quite often unless there are events.

Then there work. The gym. Going out to party's.

I love my tsto but my self is separated as well.

If anyone wants a good suggestion of what game to play or try I'd suggest the new battlefield 1 coming out. Looks promising.

Also as usual if you want good controller options for thumb sticks or what not that are different from the basic model.
Try controller chaos.com I have bigger hands so raised thumb sticks help for me. Also they have better eg thumbs that are coated to be more precise and not as high priced. Or try razor.com they have great gel thumb toppers I put on my raised thumb sticks. My live name is general mag. I except friends of ppl that play and or atleast mature enough to not get mad when they loose once or twice heh. So that being said. Enjoy gaming and also happy tapping as usual.
