  Confirmation is an option you have to turn on in the settings menu. I've made the same mistake before.

  I lost a few donuts after I reloaded my game on my iPad and forgetting the donut confirmation settings. The most expensive mistake I made is the police dog. :?

  You could attempt contacting EA support to request a refund. A more sympathetic CSrep may help you.

  All my designs look unfinished because i can't place as many plants, streetlights, and fences as i would like. PLEASE REMOVE THE LIMIT, EA!

  Yeah, I did have that turned on before. Somehow its off now.... I suspect an update is to blame...Smithers!!! Get me my donuts back! :evil:

  I'm very sorry that this happened to you. Mine donut confirmation button has turned itself off before as well. Just remember if it happens again, there is still the old school method from before we had the donut confirmation screen. You can cancel it, just be quick to hit cancel.

  I can assure you that a donut spend can be canceled. I just had to do it a few months ago and back in the day that was the only way to do it.
  
  EDIT: can anyone find a screencap, I was looking for one my first post and could not find one. I assumed because it happens so fast no one ever got a capture of it.
