any level 26 victims able to get back in yet?
That sucks! If you haven't already, definitely open a ticket with EA! In the past people have often gotten extra donuts for such issues so I would make my plight known to them if I were you.

If you still can't get in, it could be a weird caching issue - just go to http://answers.ea.com and then search for tapped out in the search box that's way in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
How about if you open a new browser window or tab and type in answers.ea.com - do you still get the service unavailable? I have checked from two different computers and my iPad and it always opens for me if I manually type in answers.ea.com and then press return/enter.
I have deleted and reinstalled the app for the same amount of times. COME ONE NOW. a couple days of this is killing me!
i'm still not understanding what "sending in a ticket" means - you essentially send them an email through the support page?
yeah, cool, i did it through my phone's browser. thanks for the suggestion.
btw, i also called EA and was told it was a known issue they are working on.
