Considering some of the issues other people are having at the moment this one seems pretty minor but I thought Id ask..
Every time I go into the game Burns Summer Mansion and the Players Club Tower have changed from what Ive had them set on; Mansion Both Wings and the basic Players Club Tower
Like I said, minor in comparison but was wondering if anybody else was experiencing this and, if so, if you perhaps found a solution?

There have been a couple of threads about this in recent months, but I cant seem to locate them. If I recall correctly, playing the Insanity Cauldron mini-game supposedly prevents this from occurring.
I play the Insanity Cauldron mini-game every day and the problem persists...

OK so I have 2 devices on which I am able to play this game. One of them is old and I can't go to friends towns because they have"newer content" than I do, but it won't let me update. On the other device, which is pretty new, the game will let me download but it loads the fox and Gracie films screen then just blanks out. Please help.
Hey I have an issue with my game concerning the Donut Boat. It sporadically rains donuts on my town every 7 or so minutes without me tapping on the boat, and I have even contacted an EA rep about it. I followed their instructions which was to clear the cache, uninstall and reinstall the game. I even did so while I put the boat in storage.
I have no idea how this glitch started since my mother was playing the game at the time it happened, but she told me it activated randomly after she came back from another town.
I don't know if I should sell the boat or if that will make things worse?

I seem to recall at least one user reporting a similar problem some months ago in that instance (iirc) it constantly rained donuts. No workaround was reported. My (unoriginal) advice is to re-connect with EA and try to work your way up to someone higher on the food chain who can do something other than offer the usual remedies.
Sorry. Not an expert on that. Perhaps it's bumping against not enough space to both load and then expand a bit when it's functioning. Or a bad original load that trapped you in that cycle. You've tried clearing more room + the basic uninstall / re-install?
Mine is booting me out so often today it may win the bronze medal for all time most frequent crashing.

Well I can confirm i have loads of space on this phone. It's a new note 7.
It's done it a couple of times but didn't do it when the gill update came out so hoping that perhapes it's now fixed what ever the issue was.
Dunno if this is the right place for this. I get hourly notifications from the same neighbor saying he visited my town. Is this a glitch or a cheat? I'm at the point of removing him but I wanted to make sure it wasn't something else first. Thanks!

Help wanted. It seems that Beer n Brawl is having a bug. I can't continue the guests. It is not possible to make Marge write a smear article.... i have bought beer n brawl and i have the bbq pit to. Must i buy Clamphitheater to continue?
So, I'm not sure if anyone has posted this particular bug here on the thread. What seems to be happening is the 4X Springfield heights bonus is disappearing for some players (myself included). This has happened 2 days in a row and with the bonus events final hours looming it's quite a setback. I've contacted EA and was told this is not a "bug" they can resolve and that my case and concerns were to be passed on to the Tapped Out developers. Well needless to say with the "bug" happening again for the second day in a row, reaching that 1 billion land value goal will not happen before the event ends.
There is a glitch with the Halloween 2016 update. I don't have a event item available for purchase in my inventory which is a random prize roll generator for 60 donuts. It isn't supposed to be a pumpkin icon with the 60 donut buy option underneath.
Would be really great if this could be fixed as I gurentee I'm not the only one.

I have the exact same problem. I called EA and they said they were aware of an issue and to wait.
I had an issue with the monster spawn rate this morning. They've been appearing in my game every four hours from 8am. I should wake up to four monsters (two for 4am and two for 8 am) this morning I didn't, there were only two there.

I assume it will be live by the end of today as when they say to wait on the previous day they really mean wait 1 to 2 following days.
Really want he sepelucher as I was a lil late on earning that when it was in the prize track that last time.
Sooo since I have the rest it's just going to cost me the 60 donuts.
