Scientist wants to make the ultimate family.

    Hint?

It's an 80's film and the director has cropped up a few times on this thread and screenshot game :D

Except for the person I saw it with, you are the only other person I know who has seen Timecrimes. I remember thinking that it was clever, but at times frustrating.

    Nope.

It is perhaps stretching a point to call what I’m describing a time travel film. Most students of the genre agree that it is (or at least sorta is), but others rather strenuously disagree. Here’s a hint:

Yep. There have been a number of versions. The one I was specifically thinking of was the 1949 one with Bing Crosby.

Nope. If it helps, the person on the right is Shirley MacLaine; on the left, Kristin Chenoweth.

Some small confusion on that one, I guess. Both actors were in a screen version of Bewitched, but the connection I had in mind was that Chenoweth starred in a revival of Promises, Promises, a musical based on the Billy Wilder film, which starred MacLaine.

I feel that I should know this one, but there are just way too many drug movies. Trainspotting perhaps?
