Good luck on getting refunds. Its sold like every other 2% for 40 donut item. Really doubt they'll give refunds because it was accidently giving an extra 2% bonus for each extra piece. They're not going to give refunds for fixing a mistake it bringing it back down to the bonus level it was actually sold as having.

They need to. I bought the first one thinking I was only going to get a 2.5 percentage bonus. True. However then I saw it gave a 20% bonus when fully upgraded so I bought 4 more. So it is still a bait and switch. It does not matter if it didn't say in the store that it would give 20%. It would be like buying a pair of pants and finding out that it had one more pocket then was advertised. So you think it's a better deal than you originally thought and buy another pair. Then they come to your house four days later and tear out the other pockets saying "well we didn't advertised the extra pocket so we can take it away." No, it doesn't work like that. You have to give the customer the item as it was bought.
Signed. I bought 5 of these and spend hours upgrading them through Springfield Heights grinding. I definitely wouldn't have spent my donuts or my time if this was going to be a 'normal' bonus
SIGNED! I only bought these five for the multiplier, boosting my % was the only reason to buy them. Should have just bought the Cool Brown House with the Homer skin and the Classic Lard Lad with Laird Ladd, what a rip off to discover my percentage so greatly reduced! Completely missed out on the character and skin for no good reason, what a scam. Shame on you EA!

What was the end result here? Did they make it right
Terrible - some people complained - the first ones got refunded - then they started announcing they did it on purpose and no refunds were to be made- some people who were persistent continued to get theirs refunded - I had to go all the way to the BBB - then mine got refunded ....... anyone else remember if there was an over-all resolution on this?
Signed - I too bought 1 initially with the remaining bonuts I had. After seeing it gave 20% total bonus, I made the jump and purchased a truckload of donuts so I could get the remaining 4. I never would have spent a dime if I knew I was getting a small bonus %. Granted I still have donuts left over which i'll likely use in the event.. but I would like a refund on the beach houses, or the original % returned.

A refund or bringing back the multiplier would be appreciated.
