Question on xp multiplier

Does the multiplier up your current Xp multiplier (for instance if my existing multiplier due to buildings was 100, would my multiplier total now be 500 overall)?

If you're talking about the XP collider then yes, your example would be correct, it is 5X whatever it was before.
