My advice to you is spend all the donuts you have on items so they dont take them back and file a report in the help section it will lore than likely be fixed for you.

I just had the exact same thing. Got about 75 donuts from it, so I bought the new premium character, can't remember her name. But now I need like 6 or 7 hundred million xp to get to the next level. Any ideas how to rectify this?
For me it's not solved. And I need like 70 or 700 million to xp to get to the next level, not counted exactly. But either way ill never manage that, so unless ea Do something I'm screwed. Ive emailed them today but I expect to just get an automated response as is typical from ea.
