New Gil Deal Today - Spoiler Inside

  • oh man, I love fences, but this may be too rich for my blood to pay 170 just so I can buy some fence pieces paganfencese_menu.png

They are nice. But if I'm not going to want to spend 10 donuts per fence then I'm feeling discouraged from getting the pagan bonfire to begin with.

The fences look nice was thinking of getting this item but now going to pass if those will cost 10 donuts each. 1 donuts would be better like the white fences but never mind.
  • 1 or 2 donuts, even.

  • The help is not so big, because we already have 4 of them on a better job. 15 catnip/figs are 75 Antlers.

It looks like, when I eyeballed it at a neighbor's, that you'd need 18 more fences to surround the bonfire (8x8)...that's 180 donuts for the fences needed, 350 donuts total. I mean, what would anyone do with just 6 fences, it doesn't evenly surround anything.

  • I agree for 1 fence at 10 donuts, even with a multiplier .25% it's still very steep.

thought the same thing, not much you can do with 6 pieces and way to pricey to buy more :/

  • The Maggie animation is super cute, but overall it doesn't look like anything I'd get any use out of after the event so it's an easy pass - especially considering you have to factor in the donuts you're going to need to spend for vouchers with the upcoming mystery prizes. It wouldn't have been a bad idea to tack some vouchers on to this deal.
  • So it pays out antlers , well the tasks do, will this change with act 2
  • This is the kind of "deal" that makes me feel bad for the completists. East pass for me.

@moat148 yep, these things always continue to pay event currency for the duration of the event
  • I bought it. I just think it's cool. I almost never buy Gil deals the minute they show up
  • blah...i had to come over here to find out if its a good deal...i was trying to decide between this and the tree...and doing the math....the tree would be better...but i think this whole thing is just too dang AWESOME!!!

  • I would like to have a hut and some fences but that's it. Having to pass on this one.

  • If you could send characters to grind fences after the event then I would be tempted.
  • Should have made a golden statue of Brad Goodman. Would've bought it then.
  • This is a GREAT deal, but that picture they use is a TERRIBLE advert for it.
  • I got it just for the Maggie sheep costume thing.
  • Is this figure from an episode? I don't recognize him...
  • I had just over 2000 donuts so I impulse-bought it. Might regret it later. At least it isn't huge like most of the Gil deals. I really don't care about the fences and won't be buying more unless they drastically lower the price.
Right now, the only one dancing around it is Maggie. Everyone else is busy elsewhere. I wonder if there is a reason the pagan idol in the center of the bonfire looks exactly like the flying monkeys from the Wizard of Oz which just happened to be on last night. Love that movie!
