I love threads like this! I take great pride in my town and really enjoy having neighbors that do the same. Jaytay, your town is so cool, thank you for accepting my request. And I agree with what's been said about Keys1980's town. It's always been one of my favorites.
Feel free to add me: fritter2. I am looking to do a little "weeding" and will probably have some room. My friend also has a great town and is a serious player, add: maxconsola. He just isn't into the forum,

I hope your "weeding" doesn't include me ;-) - I love to see the development of your town :-)

Thanks for the add urmas! Love your town!

I am new on the forum. Huge Simpsons fan and I have been addicted to Tapped Out for the past month. I have tried very hard to organize a nice Springfield from the beginning. Would love to add some more beautiful Springfields!

    Please add me: OUPedsMD

Welcome to the forum. I'm pretty new here myself, but I've been learning a lot from here! Not to mention meeting great people. Thanks for the add. Nice town you have!

Why thank you! I honestly didn't know that the max land was 13x13. Considering my burns manor is 4x4 plots I may need to rethink it later. Hopefully by then they'll have added more plots!

After all my weeding and new friend requests I still need 23 more nice neighborhood neighbors. :? I keep getting requests from house farmers and having to delete them, even though I simply put no farmers.

I hope I have inspired others as I have been inspired by my neighbors deigns. I'm not a copy cat, but I've seen some pretty cool parks and even 3d designs. I think I need a park. I'm inspired by what I've seen on most of my neighbors land.

Thanks for adding me. I "have to" agree with Fritter - your Manor looks very nice. :-)
My own consideration for placing Burns Manor was that it seemed natural that it should occupy the most expensive land there is ;-)

Fritter2 - we have been neighbours for a while, not seen you post on here before! But have to say your town is great! I whittled down my friends list after xmas was over (due to massive crashing issues) and only kept towns that I found inspiring and creative!

I love your Pimento Grove area, it's the best placement of that building I have seen throughout my friends!

    Good job

    Hey folks
I'm quite proud of my SF but its nowhere close to being finished. My long term plan is to create an accurate town, the only issue I've found though is that no two episodes seem to have things in the same place!!
I will persevere. Feel free to add me, I love seeing what other people have done - strictly no house farmers though, you all bore me to tears...

I see that she has posted in this thread, so I hope that she sees my fawning.

I, probably like many, broke from my "add only real-life friends rule" with this Valentine's update, and I'm so very glad I did. It is certainly neat to spy on how other people visualize their personal Springfields, but one for me currently stands out above all other. I find myself waltzing around melodyhodges's creative Xanadu as much as my own town. She has certainly inspired me to do some major renovating.

Before this update I also only added friends I knew in "real-life." There are some interesting towns out there, however it seems that most of my new neighbors have given up visiting other towns and leaving hearts. It's good to see that there are still players interested in strolling around foreign Springfields.

i wouldn't call that elitest, if you delete people with bad towns. you just want someone with a nice town. i'm cool with that :)

I added your picture to the "Panoramic View" thread. http://forum.ea.com/eaforum/posts/list/0/9252597.page#27045946 I understand that you have removed the brick walls. If you should make a new panorama, please send me a link, so I can update the thread.

What an honor to hear this from you, Slinky, one of my very favorite towns! Yes, I am a little "forum shy" --- when I do make a post it's often motivated by a little liquid courage, if you know what I mean. I've enjoyed and been inspired by your town for a long time now. Your courthouse design is amazing and i LOVE your church with the graveyard in back. Wow!
I love my town but feel like the older section needs something. I tried to change some things around today but it's still not working for me. I agree with okcmamma, I think I need more parks, not connected with a building. Might try that out soon.
I wish I could add everyone on this thread! I'm so conflicted, I love to see new towns but I'm nearly at my limit and don't want to hurt feelings by deleting people. Time to make some tough weeding decisions I think.

Hi echoes, just wanted to tell you your town is beautiful and I've enjoyed it for a long time now. Can't wait to see what you'll be doing next now that your crashing has stopped. Keep up the great work!

I hear ya fritter. I'm at 100 friends and I have been weeding to the point where I have zero friends who are eye sores at this point. I have been more active on the forums of late and have had a glut of requests. I feel so bad cutting people as I don't wanna hurt feelings either. As a rule if they re add me I accept so long as they put effort into their town.

I simply want friends who have attractive towns or who are active forum members. At this point forum members get priority as I actually interact with them, get and give feedback.

Thanks for the kudos earlier. Your town is rather epic so it's quite a compliment to get kudos from you.

Thanks, Keys! Again, this is a great honor coming from you.
I think my issues with deleting friends comes from the devastation I felt when one of my absolute favorite towns disappeared from my friends list one day way back when I first started playing the game, and I realized he/she had deleted me. I'm embarrassed to admit I was really bummed about it for awhile, ha! Ever since, I have had a hard time deleting neighbors.

I wrote a big long winded paragraph in honor of a neighbors town, but lost it when I decided to double check the spelling of his name in TSTO. I'm still not entirely iPod literate.............,,And I'm too tired to retype the whole thing again.

    So short version.
Shout out to byron_k_mcki. Love your Monopoly Board themed Springfield.

Thank you very much fritter! I've enjoyed watching how much change your town has gone through the last few months. You've really got it to a good point now,so good work. I removed a ton of trees and fences during the snow to stop my crashing and once I finally stop working every day I plan on fixing up that jumbled corner. Lol.

I have some of you as friends and I love my town :)

My whole concept was to build the town around the volcano lair lol

Can't wait to purchase all land and all buildings so I can finally complete what I'm trying to do...
