Logging in problems.

Same. First it rejected my password, so reset the password, then on login I get an error.... so still not in... crap

Yes. Had an error in my main town, but was able to log in eventually. Now I can't log in to my secondary town.

Mine just told me that I was logged out so I logged back in, then I got the Bart screen that told me that another device was logged into my account and restarted. After seeing that screen once more, I am back in. Hopefully it will last.

Also cannot log in. Can log into EA's site so not a password issue.

Was logged out . Then logged back in and lost all my donuts. Beware

My fiance failed twice to log in. He tried a third time (frustated and annoyed) and he managed to get on.

The same happened to me!

I was afraid it was smth bad, so I already got in touch with EA chat, they helped me and I just logged in!

I still can't get logged on, very frustrating because it will let me play as a guest. What is going on?

I've just tried everything to get into the game. Haven't changed my password tho as it works when I log in here. Very frustrating!

Same here. I restarted my tablet, cleared cache, changed password but still it tells me my login can't be 'processed'.

This is so annoying cos I tried to do 4 X 4 hrs today and now I'd have to stay up way late

First world problems...

Once that happened to me, and I had zero donuts left. I don't remember what I did, but I eventually got my donuts back!
