My new year resolution is to know more countries than I did last year.
I went to 2 countries in 2016 so now I need to know at least 3 haha

That's a great goal. Have any country in mind?
  • I thought about making a New Years resolution...but then forgot. Which is a step up because usually I forget to think about making one... :D

Knowing countries is an expensive hobby though

I don't really make resolutions, just vague plans for the year; like to go back to my Spanish lessons cos we got really slack. And it would be great to meet up with our Dutch friend again this year... ;) perhaps plan a trip somewhere? :)

    Now here's a good resultion!

    Right?

@sandwedgeking I wouldn't know, in the past I've been passed out at the table by then  but I expect we do (after drinking for Dutch courage and a few games of double Dutch jump rope)

Maybe....depends on preferences. But it's a great hobby, anyway!

  • I actually have a lot of them this year. Funny since it's the first time i made them. :)
Did visiting your TSTO neighbors twice this year make the list? ;)

Nah, I like my yearly visit. It's close to my yearly shower.

With cell phones starting to be made waterproof, you should be able to combine both of those soon. :p

I really want to go to Peru, and it's not too far or expensive compared to other countries. But I have a huge dream of going to Japan, or visiting my former roomate in Australia, but it will take a time until going there.

Last year my father invited me to go to Belgium/Germany/Czech Republic to know some local beer breweries  but I really doubt that we'll travel together, haha.

Important inquiry: when you and your Dutch friend go out to eat, y'all always split the bill, right?

Peru is very diverse! It has deserts, mountains, jungle....and Machu Picchu! It's a beautiful place! But skip Lima. There is a Starbucks...but I was robbed there. :|

    Macchu Picchu!!! :love::love:

That's the main reason why I am interested in Peru! And that's sad you got robbed there @moxxee . Unfortunately these things may happen. I'll be devasted if someone steal my cellphone or camera where my travel pictures are! (ok, money too)

  • I've always wanted to go to London, but it's not my NY's resolution.

I never went to London as well
  • They just said on tv that January 24 is the date most people will fail their New Years resolutions :D

@eliansukke180 and @MrWindermere we'd better get a move on :joy:

My only resolution is to go bear-fighting in Russia with @eliansukke180

Can I come along and film it? We can get the real Mr Windermere to be a referee.

Juliet, is your resolution to start playing Tapped Out again??

My non-binding resolution is to eat healthier and go for walks.
