    Anonymous clicked on 3 buildings in my town... maybe besides a visit it needs an action as well from infected neighbor?

    I tapped his 3 buildings and still nothing.

    I just cleared three pins one of which also gave a flu, so now I'm up to 32/100. I must be really popular ;) I guess it's random how many osaka flus you get from your neighbours. Wait, can flu be put in the plural at all?

    Edit: cleared another three, got 2xflu.
