Tailgate-gate (or Tailgate-gate-gate)

I bought Cleatus and the football field as soon as they became available earlier today. Now a quest has appeared (Tailgate-gate) to "Get Cleatus and Place the Football Field". Which is automatically marked as "Done!", but is still stuck in my Taskbook. Anyone else got this issue?

For clarity, here's a screenshot showing the task as both "Done!" and stuck in Taskbook with the "Quest is blocked" icon.

Me too! Hopefully means I won't miss out on any quest lines especially as the Football 2017 event only lasts a few days.
However will probably never know if missed anything if LPNintendo is also stuck!!!

Nah the quest starts when u unlock it so this quest doesnt matter

The following quest involves Duffman, Homer, and Roscoe. Maybe if you freed them up it will start.

No, that quest ("Man in the Grid-Iron Mask Pt. 1) is already up and running and hasn't freed up the Tailgate-gate quest.

I'm having the same problem. Tried storing both the field and cleatus yet no luck. Even bought another field and it didn't change. Guess we gotta wait for a patch.

I have this problem too. Tried to store Cleatus in the inventory but now he's gone. The characters tab is empty. Where can I find him?

Scroll through the entire inventory. I found him all the way at the end.

The Support had given me some helpful informations: The inventory had too many items so I had to place some of them and Cleatus was shown. Strange thing but good to know for the future.

Same here and can't clear it with usual methods.
