I just got the free land token as well and it's 20 minutes per ticket now That's terrible, Its an extra 40 minute wait to set those last two people on the task since it won't let you accumulate more than 3 plane tickets at any given time
It should be coded so that the ticket wait time is 20 minutes IF you still haven't sent the right person to solve the 'puzzle', otherwise it's the standard 2 minutes. Or are there loopholes in this as well?

I must have done this wrong but I wasn't able to send 3 more characters once I earned 3 more tickets. I guess you can't send everyone on tasks or they're gone from the list. I'll have to figure it out again in 3 hours.
