Thank you very much to everyone who came to help me, I hope that we can remain neighbourinos.

I've discovered two things while trying to find the flu cloud in neighbour's towns.
1) There are a lot of things in Tapped Out that look a bit like a green cloud.

2) I need reading glasses.
