CANT GET TICKETS!!!

Every time I leave the game and go back in a short while later the ticket timer resets itself to 20mins. Got zero tickets overnight. Aaarrrggghh!!

EA up to their usual standards, lets try customer service - forget that I haven't enough humour points left to tolerate the joke that is EA customer service.

Until EA fixes the problem, leave your game running in the background. That keeps my timer from resetting.

I'm having this problem too. I tried keeping the app open and at the end of 20 minutes, it still didn't generate a ticket.

I have more than one game - I have to log out. Of my 5 so far only one is doing this.

Same here it took 3 hours to generate 1 ticket this morning.

This. My timer will reach 0s, and that's where it stays without a ticket. If i leave game at that point, it goes back to 20 minutes. Only way I can send the traveler for Norbert's tasks is to spend 2 donuts on a ticket.

Same thing happening to me. No tickets unless I keep the app open in the foreground. Not good.

Same thing happening to me. No tickets unless I keep the app open in the foreground. Not good.

At least that's a workaround. Even leaving it running in the foreground won't help me. I tried on multiple devices too.

mine went back to three minutes a few minutes ago? There was no update it just fixed? Let's hope it stays that way!

I did a uninstall reinstall and it seems to have cleared it up. Btw 1240mb worth of updates on the reinstall

Upper left corner of Springfield Airport dialog (when there are one or more passengers waiting for tickets).
