Luck or EA being nice?

So I am a rather newish player. I came in at the end of the inter event and I am around lvl 40 now. When I 1st stated I blew all my free doughnuts on mystery boxes, and got Blue Haired Lawyer, Teen, Kerny, and I think that was it. Now to be honest I didn't get them all back to back but the speed I got them was rather quick. Now with the 60 doughnut love boxes I wanted Brandine so bad she is my fave in the Simpsons. I had 120 doughnuts saved up (free player here right now) and opened 2 boxes 1st I got Shauna then I got Brandine. Now my question is how random is the RNG in this game or is EA just rather nice or do I just have rather good luck.

EA is never nice (unless you force them to be) therefore it must be luck!

It's not random though. There are odds for getting each prize, but without knowing those, it's impossible to tell if you beat them or not. But congrats!

I tend to agree. They make things difficult for me when I need support help. They simply ignored my most recent case I logged end of last year.

I am freemium, low on donuts, got Shauna first. Now I am at 46 donuts; wish i could buy another box to get Brandine, but with 5 buildings that i don't want out of 6 items, I fell it is not worth it.

Anybody got Brandine? On which buy?

A friend with seven to pick from got her on fourth try. Just be very careful odds just not in our favor.
