  I've seen him twice. First time was the first day I started playing. The second time was early October.

  He popped in on my first day (Christmas) and I haven't seen him since. Very disapointed that he isn't a regular character or at least a frequent (weekly) surprise!

  Back in October, I'd see him EVERY time i logged into one particular friend's Springfield, for a good month, I'd say. Then it just stopped happening after the November update.

  I wonder if he is not going to become a playable character, as there seem be a lot of hints in the show about him coming back to try and kill Bart again around the end of the season.
