2012.. I was definitely around for Halloween, sometime in the summer I think. I'm at level 260 and haven't ever farmed really, just plugging away all Freemium like!
This is where I came in as well. Right at the beginning. I've played every day since starting (seriously, every day). $1B+ in currency, 20k donut reserve, 3700%+ bonus percentage.
You got a great looking town~168sean... Checked out your town, WOW! ~daved
I started during the Valentine's day event, 2014. I got Mindy (but just missed out on Kumiko). I played through St. P's Day that year, then took off nine months to hitchhike South America (I thought the phone I took would work, it didn't). I missed Easter, Stonecutters, Clash of the Clones, and Halloween, and returned for Thanksgiving. I get about 100 donuts every four hour cycle.
Early September 2012 - just in time to get all my towns up and running in time for the first Halloween (I didn't know how to find neighbors then, so I made 5 towns ). I've traveled a lot where internet was sketchy or nonexistent, but still managed to check in often enough to keep up eventually

Just curious...what's your multiplier? I'd like to get to that level and wondering how far I need to go .
I believe I started in Feb of 2013 before Valentine's Day update and stopped before Fourth of July 2013. There was a compulsory update needed on IOS on my iPhone 3GS but I did not have a working PC then to run iTunes.
I think I resumed again on Feb 2014 for the Valentine's Day update and later, I changed to an android phone on Aug 2014 and has been playing ever since.
Excuse me for being long winded but I want to use this information for my own reference in future
I started about 4 years ago. Just after whacking day ended. I missed all of that event and all before it but have played every event since then. The only events I haven't finished are the event that shall not be named thanks to not finding the faberge egg and broken baskets and Halloween 2015 - I was out of the country for a week for that one.
I've always enjoyed events where you can HELP your neighbors by visiting (like secret agents) not just benefit from them (like the current one).

I have a visible around 2000%, and probably another 225% or so in hidden XP. I build 132 KEMs every four hours, and have a lot of buildings. I was KEM farming before people were even talking about it on the forum. I didn't always run the Collider back then, but now I do.

Wow! So I have a long way to go then. I find it's kind of hard to increase my multiplier with event after event back to back like this. Hard choice to spend or save donuts for items when you know other things are coming just around the corner.
Newb here! Randomly started playing in the middle of the secret agents event. Level 122, finished the monorail quests, almost maxed out all my Springfield Heights buildings, Krustyland is almost done- tooth chipper has a day left in construction. It's been fun
I started playing in late December 2013 and have been playing as much as I can ever since. I was lucky during the event that shall not be named and acquired the Faberge Egg and Father Sean.
Back then, there were long gaps of time between events and I got bored and started playing FGQFS during the summer. Played it for about a year until I got sick of having to get up to play in the middle of the night just to keep up. At least I never spent any real money on it.
