17 days.....can't access game. Asking for money spent back.

EA won't respond anyway. Try Apple.

    Over a week of no play called support found none
    I'd like to at least get an acknowledgement that the
    Game is broken. Way to go ea making sure that android
    Users get your crappy game And leave the rest of us with
    A broken game we can't play at least give us a general
    Timeline of when we can play again or admit to the forum you
    Have a problem

    you talking about the Harp Error? Freezes up after logging in? Contact apple itunes and get all of your money back that you spent. Apple Knows this app is riddled with bugs. EA needs to get off its **** and make the patch for this error already. Remember, EA = Errors Always

    WTG Apple.They were very accomodating. And.... they knew of this problem with the Tapped Out game.
    Apple was willing to refund up to 6 months of charges. I was impressed.

    Most are going to credit which I can spend on non broken games (ya know, with a support staff that actually responds to their customers -- notice the cynicism)

    May be a dumb question but if they refund you your money what happens to the stuff you bought when you get back into the game

    I'm on day 11, I emailed EA and the only response I got was try reinstalling the game
