Is this new or a bug ?

I was moving stuff around and in the corner of my eye I could see Marge and Mrs Krabaplle doing a protest Marge held her protest sighn as did Mrs Krabaplle ( I don't know if this is important or not but they were both facing each other and it was in front of mo's ). So I ask if this is a glitch or not? please help.

It's a feature. I think they are cool when seen.
