Barbarian statue does not go to inventory

So I just won a barbarian statue in the excavation site. It told me it would place it in my inventory....but it is not there. I've looked through my inventory carefully multiple times and its definitly not there. I even stored my other barbarian statue just to find it for sure, and sure enough I still only have one...BOOOOOURNS!

My main account got it on first try but it disappeared since i already have it.. my baby account has been trying for days and still havent gotten it.

I have same problem...My first barbarian statue dig from excavation (no problem, I found it in inventory) but the second and third statue from excavation was lost. Dear EA repair this *****.

I found the statue and placed it in the inventory - Got it back and placed it, didn't had a problem.
I hope that you'll get it back!

This exact problem exists with The Claw Game and the Sir Loves A Lot Bear.

They're both unique items, so you won't recieve them if you already have them. Happened to me a lot already. It seems it's meant to be that way. Sad thing is the Statue even gives Bonus-%, so it would be nice to be able to get more ....

I saved donuts for days to afford the medieval mystery box and received the barbarian statue. Now it's unique and free.

Good point. Thankfully I had a hand in choosing, but everyone else wastes donuts according to EA's rules. Then those who don't bother get a free chance.

I can't remember how I got it, but I've had it for ages and I wouldn't have paid donuts for it back then, so it must have been free at some point in the past.

I got mine today. Since I didn't have one, it asked if I wanted to place it which I did. I got 2 per cent added to my multiplier.

Had I seen this thread, or had EA had the courtesy to have told me this was a known issue and/or that this was a unique item and only ONE could be issued... we wouldn't have wasted each other's time on TWO support calls over what I consider a serious oversight on their part which they should have rectified or compensated for. Okay... if I can't have two, then give something with a 2% bonus that I CAN have, but don't cheat people because that makes EA look bad. We won this prize fair and square yet they are careful to criticize us for cheating, even those who don't. Now the shoe is on the other foot and the cheating isn't on our parts, and believe me, I've seen serious cheating by friends I refuse to tattle on. Yes, I know how they do it but I won't because it's a game and it's not fair to my honest friends. I'm playing fairly and for fun.

What griped most was the second guy saying they'd 'investigate' the matter and get back to me in two days and would send an email. Twice, no email, nothing, and no prize. Then he had the nerve to add... if they investigated and discovered fraud on MY part, there would be penalties which they refused to disclose. I pointed out I'm a bit old to be thrown over their knees and paddled so what did they propose IF they found fraud by someone. <crickets> So delete the account over a stupid statue and loose business? I said fine, investigate all you please while I wait yet again for resolution, it's in your log file there, I saw the popup, the prize vanished, and I'm not crazy. Consider this EA, how would I even have known about this as a prize from the dig if I hadn't gotten one? I'd have taken a screencap had I known it was of any real value, and I only wanted it for that reason. It's not the most adorable statue or a coveted decoration. It's about the VALUE of the prize that was lost. Make it up to us... we deserve better.
