Can't access game... Harp Sound in a Loop

    I got three updates today and now I keep getting the man I hate this screen.

    There was an update today that fixed this problem for me. Try again, good luck.

    I've had the same problem since yesterday (about 20 hours ago). Harp freeze started just as I unlocked Ralph. I got the bonus level game at the same time and a little after that the harp freeze started. I've tried restarted and relogging several times with no luck, as well as logging on other devices. I've tried mostly everything I've read in every forum with no luck.
    Hope this gets fixed soon!

    Well after building the El Chemistri restaurant, I've logged off and then login later on and I got the harp sound too. Don't know if that is a glitch or not but I now have no access to the game :evil:

    So far about 1000 have reported. The more that report the better chance we have of ea listening and seeing the scale of the outage.

    mine is stuck on the bonus level up screen i pick a box collect the donut then it ask me to do it again over and over and over i went from 5 donuts to 65 so far i have no clue what the heck is going on

    From reports of other posters this is a temp loop that eventually works itself out. You may need to reboot your device after closing every app first. Though I would recommend taking advantage of some free donuts. Most have said they got upwards of 200 donuts before the glitch righted itself.

    Yay! I got my Springfield back! This is what happened:

    I got the harp sound and freezing donut on saturday afternoon and since then I tried everything I've read on the forums, including several (a lot) of attempts at leaving the harp sound and the freezing screen go on with no result other than the game crashing and going back to the home screen of the device (been using and ipad mini and an iphone 4). Yesterday I tried the circle trick a couple of times with the same result.

    This morning I just tried again, I disabled the auto block and left it there to be, it crashed a couple of times but the third time (I think) it started doing something different, it showed the Bart screen where it asks you to try reconnecting, I got it a few times in a row so I thought I had lost internet connection so I went to the weather app to check and the connection was ok, I went back to the game where the Bart screen was still on and this time when I hit reconnect it went back to the Touch the screen -screen, and when I hit it, it finally got into the game, got the donut presents thing once and then everything went normal, as of now.

    Hope it's getting fixed for everybody or that this helps or gives a little hope.

    Btw, I had the iPhone plugged in when this happened, just in case it has something to do.

    On a second note, I'm quite sure it has to do with the fact that I have to study for an exam... ;)
