Help!! Game won't work!!

If your playing on ios then no it won't delete your town because this is saved online through origin, you'll just have to log back in. I would suggest trying a reinstall, that has solved a few problems for other people, so give it a try

Ok, I tried reinstalling it, and no luck

It still won't load... Any other ideas anyone??

This is going to sound strange, but turn up your volume (if turned down). It doesn't have to be full blast, but turn it up enough to be able to hear sound should there be any - now try to load your game. Is there a harp sound while it tries to load? If not, I have no idea what your trouble is, but if so, it's a common issue right now, and EA is apparently working on it.

Ooooh!! Thank you!!! I'd heard of that bug, but I honestly didn't know that mine was related!! Thank you so much^^ Now I know that it's being worked on, it's ok!! I thought all those months of work had been lost! It'll be a shame if they don't fix it in time to save the hearts though... I have so many unused
