Because I have been knocked out for a while, I would be a little gun shy. However the update doesn't look like it would have any app interrupt potential.

The update does two things:
1. Correct an exchange calendaring issue
2. Correct some battery life issues

I have an ipad at this level and it didn't fix my harp issue.

Yes I have just updated and TSTO works fine :-)

Confirmed. iOS update did not correct Harp Freeze issue, much to my chagrin.

The iOS update will not break or fix your game. Update away.

Like has been said, the update it just to fix a calendar issue so won't affect the game at all

Updated with no issues. Harp plays on because it's a by-product of EA technical difficulties, not device or IOS-related problems.

Is anyones game frozen at the loading screen? It keeps telling me to save from my other device, when I do this and try to log onto the game, it freezes on the loading screen.... it was working early today. any suggestions or this happening to anyone else?

don't try to save, just hit continue and go on from there. there was a thread on this a while back.

Nothing changed with TSTO. Apple was hacked and it is an update to secure the way the hackers used so they cannot hack any devices.

The iOS update is not related to that event in any way whatsoever. Please don't add to the already ridiculous amount of misinformation floating around in the interwebs...
