EA In No Rush To Fix Harp Freeze
Actually I'm one of the oldest players here and have been playing the game since launch (March 1st) and I have never been affected by this "Harp Freeze" and there are other long time players who haven't been affected either.
And I'm sure EA is well aware of the problem and are probably trying to fix the problems. Have some patience man. No game is without its glitches and bugs.

I imagine you must be pretty peeved, I would be as well.
Just remember to give them a "glowing" review in the App Store, that's the only way we can let new players know before they start giving EA all their money
This is how to prevent harpfreeze. Now feel educated and carry on
Very well put Deadshot. I am just as frustrated as stevieort, but being in the business, most don't realize the unbelievable number of moving parts something like this takes. Everything from the coders, to the databases, to the servers, to the datacenters and within what I just mentioned there are about 10,000 things that can go wrong. It takes time to get through all of those items, especially without running the risk of taking others down.
What concerns me the most is the lack of post monitoring and support EA has for the game. They should have known the issues were happening even by monitoring their own forum, answers site and help site and started working on it immediately. Then to be radio silent about it until we found an exec's twitter page to get heard and get a response from the company is just obscene.
We will play again and we will have lost a little progress in the game. It's not the end of the world.
I've been playing since August, I built all level 26 items without a hitch, so it can't be that link. I'd l,e to say they'll fix it, but this happens with every update they release, somebody always gets a glitch and it takes them a lifetime to fix it.
