Monster fights

Does anyone know if there’s a trick to who fights which monster? I’m hoping it’s just a glitch but when I finished the first fight with Kearneymon, it doesn’t count towards the quest to defeat him 15 times. Kinda wondering if this is working like the concert event where certain people could only do one part

You mean the Beast Enchanter thing. My Kearneymon is currently down by 1/2 Dark Mana point from the first round that's part of the quest. Check out the bar under where it says "Dark Mana Remaining:" I have Angelica Button and Magic Milhouse fighting it now, and it shows they will lower the total by 1 and 1/2 more Dark Mana. I think. That's what it looks like to me anyway. I'll see when the round finishes.

I can confirm my previous hypothesis. Kearneymon's Dark Mana bar went down by 1 & 1/2 units when the task finished.
I'm guessing they'll just be NPCs, because Treestache is already one.

Bart and Lisa will only knock 1/2 off, premium skins will knock 1 mana.

Bigger question: is it better to fight all monsters with one kid each or to send four kids against one monster and defeat them faster?

I can only send one kid to fight each monster. The other spots are locked for me.

when you finish them off, they go to theit respective decoration with the option to give them light mana. i rushed all of them yesterday (preeetty expensive

There doesn't seem to be any bonus for filling all the slots to fight a monster, so I don't think it matters much how you spread your magicians.

I believe the first time you fight Kearneymon with Wizard/Witch Lisa you can only fight him with Lisa. And then after that 6-second fight; you can send 4 characters to fight him, or split them up between Kearneymon and Lewd (if you unlocked Lewd already).

looks like each character except the tree can give us decorations after purification. im not that far yet, but take a look at the wiki. there are some items displayed

Eh, I kind of wish you could power up your wizards kind of like you could with your Homerpalooza performers. Maybe not like up to 5 Mana Charms; but something like doubling their stats? (1 full Mana charm for freemium characters and 2 for the Premium characters).

That's just my opinion; but these Monster fights feel like they're going to be rather tedious.

Does anyone know which kids can fight the monsters?
For me it's just Lisa, Bart, Milhouse, Martin and the new character.
That's five, but I have four monsters running around with four slots each.

So far it's the same for me: Bart, Lisa, Martin, Milhouse, and Angelica. I have no idea why there are so many open slots. Maybe later acts will allow more people to battle monsters?

I put Lisa back on the eliminator and am using the rest to fight. Martin and Angelica should be used at all time since they have a 1 mana instead of just 1/2.

could you please link me to that wiki? I'm not sure it's the one i've been using because there's nothing yet of the halloween event

Probably we'll see other kids used like Ralph, Nelson, and maybe characters like Rod and Todd and Database.
