PSA: Neighbour visits glitched?

Got to the part where you can click goblins in other towns...

At first it said 45 friend actions, I'd done a few and went to check how many more I needed, it said "No more wands, come back tomorrow" I'd only done 11 neighbours (33 actions)..

Tried it again and it said i was getting wands and gold, but when I left the next town and checked, they hadn't been credited..

So just to let you know in case you decide to go through 100 friends thinking you're gonna get 300 wands..

In two of my towns I got the 45 friend actions. My other towns haven’t gotten to that part yet, so I’ll check back. I’m on iOS

It seems to still drop wands and gold but they're not being credited, not sure how many we're getting but I realised after 12 towns when the last one didn't credit me anything..

EDIT:..
Just been into another couple of neighbours and they're not dropping wands or gold now, so possibly fixed or maybe it is because I've done more than 45 actions now

I just unlocked the Friends Visiting and I have questions. It's only giving me 1 wand and 1 gold per action (for the next 45 actions). That can't be right, right? I haven't done any friend visits in ages so there's no way I accidentally used them up already.

1 wand? Is anyone else getting more wands per action? Is this still glitched?

Also, PSA for everyone: Friend Visits don't unlock until you craft something.

It's 1 wand and 1 gold, but what I'm saying is check after about 10 neighbours and see if it's still counting towards your total

Ah, so it's not even giving you the one measly wand? Geez. I guess one gold is good since gold is so rare so far, but 1 wand? When we need thousands and thousands of wands, 45 wands per day seems a bit off. I'll bet it's a mistake.

So I just did all my friends visits and can report the following: ignore what the icon in the corner of the friends screen says. It will tell you that you're out of wands after 30 actions or so, but if you keep visiting, you'll keep getting 1 wand and 1 gold for the regular first 45 actions. However, according to my calculations, I only got credit for 44 actions. It's just one off so I may have miscounted.

I still feel 45 wands and 45 gold is really low for doing daily neighbor visits.

Also, I have found that friend towns that have NOT updated to this event LOCK UP when you open them. No way to move on to other friends except by closing TSTO and starting again with friend visits. Bummer!

Hmm, I had the opposite experience. No problems visiting non-update having friends for once. In fact, it was easier to find goblins to tap because my inactive neighbors tend to have small, abandoned towns.

There will be a task for you to visit neighbors. Until you get that you won't see them. It is after the task for crafting something.

Yeah, I agree - one wand and one goblin gold is just not worth the time. I hate searching for NPCs in neighbour towns.

I waited for the quest prompt, after crafting something, to visit neighbors and tap 3 goblins. The goblins were there but all I'm receiving is money and xp, no event currency. Becoming really frustrated. iOS player.

I found the goblins pretty easy to find yesterday, but I may have been lucky. I always go with the strategy if I don't see something in the landing zone, I move on to the next town. No reason to do too much searching.

I don't even have a counter on the botton left side of the screen that tells me how many wands and boogers I've collected. So I have no way of knowing how many visits I can do with the amount of payout.

Are you inside someone’s town?
Or are you outside the neighbours town?
It’s on the neighbour screen where you see three towns together, bottom left.

I'm guessing inside the town as that's where I've come across all this...

Usually there's a counter when you're in a neighbour town which shows you how much currency you have but you can click to show how many friend actions you have left for the day..

It was only because I had to come out of a town to check and saw that it said none left after I'd done less that the 15 neighbours that flagged this for me, next neighbour I went too, it said I had 490 event currency, the three taps dropped wands and elfgold but when I went back to neighbour screen, I still only had 490 wands...

Will check again soon... my 24hrs are almost up but need to get to work...
