Mystery box bug

I purchased a mystery box and received the building with ghost maude as the prize. However, I didn't receive it despite having paid the donut cost.

Since then, I have been reimbursed the donut cost by support, but the building + ghost combo is not available as a prize any longer. Be careful!

Happened the same thing to me, except that indeed she was in the inventory after all. Just check the full inventory, don't check the character/buildings tab

Yep, same here. Had to go through the full inventory, then it split them up and placed Maude but left the building in the inventory for me to find again. Bit of a pain, but at least everything turned out ok.

Oh dear lord, it's there in the inventory. I thought I checked thoroughly already.

And I had support reimburse me... Oops.

Congrats. If their support can't find it, and we can't find it, then they deserve to give out free donuts to those who are troubled.
