What are you talking about? No kids have trick or treating tasks unless you use the pile thing or whatever it is. Unless that was what you were talking about. Although it doesn't matter what skin the character is in. It'll allow you to do the task no matter what.
Anyway as for the Sepulcher. I pass again for the second time. I may get it eventually but just right now I can't for several reasons.

My mystery box had Radioactive Milhouse, the nightmare pile, Spider Willie, and the Sepulchre of Evil which is the one I really wanted. Of course it was the last one I got. Still, it was a good purchase.
