I too, was really looking forward to Witch Marge. Because of her, this was going to be my first mystery box purchase ever. I got over my Witch Marge disappointment and decided to still try the mystery box because there were some other cool things and things with multipliers (donut torture device). Guess what the first thing I got was? You guessed it, the cauldron WITHOUT Witch Marge.
But, I can't complain too much, I went on to purchase three more boxes and hope to do more once I replenish my donut supply. I think I'm addicted to mystery boxes now, better farm the donuts!
They weren’t separated last time it was offered because I received both. It’s stupid they’ve split it this time. Her skin should be offered as well since it’s pretty awesome.

It's not stupid because they were split the time before that and I ended up with Marge but no the cauldron. I think they might have intended to do like what they did with House of Evil bundle, where they had a separate bundle for each iteration. But they messed up so bad that only the cauldron got listed. They just need to, in the future, offer both iterations. And they need to, now, give everyone who's won the cauldron the skin, too, for free. It was listed separately at 25 donuts, yet the mystery box declares a minimum value of at least 60 donuts, so they're obviously meant to give out the skin with it.
I'm surprised this wasn't fixed already, or that there wasn't more complaining. Hm.

well thought out and I never thought of that. Off to see what marge and the caldron together used to cost, I think it was 60 donuts.

Now the cauldron-only people are set up to be ineligible for the next offering of cauldron-with-marge. These are the consequences of being slaved to linear time.

Is there a trick to triggering this or does it just happen randomly? I got the Cauldron in the mystery box, downloaded the latest update but still have not gotten the notification or any donuts. Not a huge deal but donuts are donuts. Thanks.
Did you try the old stand by of either going to Krustyland or visiting neighbors? ie getting your device to sync?
Yep and completely closed and restarted the game as well. Not a big deal if I don't get it but donuts would be nice. I didn't want it even with the witch skin so I already wrote it up as a loss . Thanks!

You're right. Now I'm complaining.
When they split it a couple of Halloweens ago, the skin was 75 donuts and the cauldron was 25 donuts. So its a 25 donut item inside a 50 donut box.
Maybe they can patch it on Monday and add the skin and Mayan Homer.
