I can't add people, getting "Origin Network c/n be reached!" Anyone else having this problem?

I have started having exactly the same problem! It's driving me mad, I can receive friend requests and accept them, but cannot search for friends!!!!! :shock:

    How many friends you already have?
    Max is 100. Or 101 if you count the Other Springfield.

    I had this problem I had to delete the pending friend requests waiting for my acceptance, I had no problem accepting after that. When I search for someone I get that error msg but after I dismiss it the search is fulfilled and I can send requests. So annoying! :roll: :roll:

    The release of the new SimCity has been wreaking havoc on EA all day. Things seem to be getting back to some semblance of order now though.
