Car impound lot

I'm sure this has already been answered but I need donuts and was looking at the car impound lot. Is it worth it? Does it help your multiplier?

Replies

  • It’s worth it if you want to expand your Shelbyville area. Also it does not have a multiplier, but it does produce income since it’s a building. $200 & 22xp every 8hrs

  • ****. No multiplier!

    Thanks for your reply.

Well I bought it. Maybe I'll treat myself with a special character. Which one I don't know. I still don't have Otto, Hank Scorpio, Jasper or Duff Man (Oh yeah). Agnes and the Indian Casino is on sale. I like to add a character that adds xp but there isn't a lot. Sprindfield Gorge gives me a skin. Any ideas?

Then again, I could always purchase another Lard Land Donuts. I only have about 15. Hopefully one day EA will give them XP, let me sell them at a good price or stop making it a premium item. Than again monkeys might fly out of my ****.

    Thanks for respnding.

    1. Dont buy lard lad. You can win them in the myster box for 6 donuts, rather then the 110(?) it costs in the store.
    2. Springfield gorge gives you a PREMIUM skin for Bart, essentially makng him a premium character. I generally avoid skins unless it is one I really like or it turns a regular character premium.
    3. You have a much better chance of monkeys flying out of your **** then the lard lads getting a % or being able to be sold.
    4. Out of the characters you mentioned, I would go with Scorpio, but he has always been one of my favorites. Who doesn't love a guy with a flamethrower?!?
    5. The indian casino and Marges mom arent up for sale too often, so there is that to consider?

  • I'd pass on the Springfield Gorge if I were you. It's absurdly big and too expensive (I want to say it's the most expensive thing you can ever buy from the game at 250 donuts). It gives a XP boost yes; but you're better off buying like two characters (Jasper and Duffman I think you can afford for that 250 total).
Trying to control the horizontal & the vertical. Do not adjust your TV.
  • I would wait until Black Friday the 23rd before buying any donuts.
    Here have a banana!!
  • ^^^best plan^^^

That's what I plan on doing.

We don't want to miss out on those tokens now. :)

I was joking about Lard Lad, I have 15. I wish that stupid Burns box would give you better stuff. I don't think I've won anything good since the second year.

Hank Scorpio is one of my favorites also. The whole episode is great. Plus who wouldn't want to hang out with a guy who carries sugar in his pockets.

As long as it keeps giving news vans and billboards, its ok with me

  • Aren't "premium skins" kinda redundant now that there are 3 buildings that give almost all your characters a premium payout without having to ever make sure they had the right skin on before you send them all out on tasks? (she-she, ajax steel mill, dancing KEM)
Maybe a premium skin was valueable at one point, but I think that time has passed.

That dancing KEM has been rocking for weeks now seeing Apu is on a 7 day task constantly and theres no way im dropping that. If you were putting people on anything other than 4 hours though maybe you’d want premium skins, its also nice if EA decide to ever patch these.

The whale is now a reasonable 230 donuts in the vault. :D
I really like the Springfield Gorge. It is big but I like designing around it.

It looks awesome but I find the Springfield Gorge difficult to design with and I wish you could put dirt under it. Would also love to have that whale but too dear. :)

That's a shame you'll miss out on free item unless you buy some more on the 23rd when Black Friday hits.
