They are NPCs. They are always together. When tapped, they have a brief animation, and that's it. The end.

I was hoping they would be decoration where you could keep making more of them but they are just NPC's.

The animation is fun as it involves a chainsaw.

Walk around together. Animation, when tapped shows the mouse using chain saw, and cats head falls off.

100% useless NPCs. But I got them anyway. Because I didn't know that they were. But, I should have known better.
