Update problem

    Can someone tweet this at EA Support please? @AskEASupport

    I'm not on Twitter. I'm guessing it's fastest way to get them. They might've managed to glitch everyone this go.

    Look on the bright side. At least the game isn't "synchronizing" constantly...

    Same here.

    For the sake of completeness, I had not installed the latest update. I launched the game, and it gave me the message saying I must update to play. I said okay, and it took me to the App Store. At that point, I WAS able to update the game. But when I tried to launch it again, it still wouldn't let me in. It still gave me the "must update" message, even though I had updated only seconds prior.


    UPDATE: I'm back in, about 20 minutes after experiencing the problem.

    This one may actually be an apple issue. The first thing the game does at startup is go to apple and verify the latest version of the game is installed.

    And by apple I mean the apple app store

    Same here. I've heard they were having issues with servers and stuff with SimCity. But didn't think it would bleed over in to Tapped Out.

    Same here aswell get the message to update as soon as I load up the game and when I click update it tries to open something in safari but says connection was lost but my Internet is working fine so I have no idea what is happening
