Like a number of buildings (El Chemestri, the scary house, etc), there are no longer any character tasks for the putt putt golf course. Was Homer and Marge snuggle spot. The Try and Save still can be used by Santa Homer if you have that skin

    I have seen him on top of Nelson's house on occasion when he is playing his guitar.

    He's talking about the Sir Putt-A-Lot's animation.

    They got rid of the tasks for the golf course after the quest :(

    Thanks, too bad that monkey was cute! (& kinda creepy....)

    Unfortunately I didn't get the Santa Homer.

    I'm pretty sure it's a raccoon chewing on electrical wires on top of Nelson's house. He gets zapped every once in a while.
