Update: I picked up my old iPhone 4S running iOS 11.0.3 that’s now just an iPod for me and updated the game to the current STO update and tried to log in. I had to re-enter EA login info and received a notice “your other device did not save your progress” and it asked me to continue or to go to my other device to save it first. I chose to continue and lose the few minutes I played and it logged me in just fine. I can now go back to my iPhone 7Plus and log in and it’s playing just fine. Seems like it got hung up when I was kicked off and wouldn’t let me continue.
Me too. Wasn’t able to connect yesterday on iPad or iPhone 7. Was able to connect briefly last niggt. Now unable to connect since then on both devices, WiFi or cellular.
I have the problem for 3 days now! Iphone6. Sent an e-mail to Support but just get a random answer with trouble shoot ideas, which I keep doing and nothing works. I deleted the app and reinstalled SEVERAL times. First it looks like its ok for a few minutes until it crashes again and says "cannot connect bla bla". Very frustrating! Glad there is no real game going on but I sure hope they will fix this issue asap!

I'm on 11.2.2 and that did NOT fix the problem!
This problem has nothing to do with iOS.
