I think the problems from EA aren't centralized in just this game. So don't really expect any real fixes if the can't even got a larger game to work.
LOL Hey TSTO characters have been doing that for months! Moonwalking, walking through buildings, having complete disregard for roads. Of course it's on a smaller scale but it seems like EA has a massive issue getting characters to behave the way they should on paths.

Nor are parallels confined to inadequate path finding algorithms. EA seems inexplicably wedded to the idea that their games should only function when an Internet connection is present, which leads to the predictable problem of server capacity.

If they hadn't specified Sim City, I would have sworn they were talking about TSTO.
That's why this is a fremium. We are a beta for Sim City.
Inability to estimate predictable server load
Generally a Tier 1 support team will support all of the products. Most companies don't want to spend the money required to have dedicated call center support staff for each different product.
