Connection Issue

Unable to log back into game. Lost my connection to EA and can’t log into my account. Tried reinstalling my game but that didn’t resolve my problem. Keep getting an error “an error occurred processing the login. please retry”.

Two of the three games in our house (played on three separate iPads) were found to have been logged out this morning.

Have tried to log in but no success.

Anyone else encountered a problem?

Thank god it's not just me, I'm at level 90 and I would be livid if my springfield was deleted or if I couldn't log in again

Connectivity issues is one thing. Problem with when it does this and signs me out is that I always forget my password lol

Try being at level 939 with nearly 5 years of progress

I can't seem to get into the game, it stops at the loading screen and then tells me to retry. It worked today, I just tried an hour ago and problems. Please fix!
