  • @jaythecanadian So long as the buildings are placed in your Springfield you get the bonus, but it does not show up in the %'age displayed. Details here:

by leaving the buildings out in your town, that's the only way. it's a hidden multiplier that only affects xp though, so you won't see it reflect in your conform o meter bonus.

They have hidden xp bonus for each main building when they are placed anywhere in your SF.

    Deluxe Condo 1%
Private Island (Lvl 2 or higher only) 1%
    Business Center 2%
    Valet Parking 3%
    Classic Mansion 4%
    Modern Mansion 5%

That's a total of 153% (unless you are one of those lucky ones able to buy more than the limit before they fixed that glitch).
  • I'm currently thinking of ways to combine the water mansion, the Springfield dam, and the mansion gardens into one big lush watery estate.
  • @TheJuiceLoosener that sounds like an amazing idea! I’m a big fan of the new water estate & it’s hilarious tasks.
  • I have changed my mind about having the Water Baron Mansion so I have put it back in the storage.
Do not add me as a friend in the game anymore as I rarely visit my friends' towns. Not adding anymore too

I had the same idea of combining the water mansion with the dam.

  • ^How do you get the bonus XP multipliers from those level up buildings?

It's a hidden bonus. If you have them in yopur town (not in storage), they give you the bonus (but its only for XP, it won't affect money)

I really want to put mine in SH but I'm out of space. I'm waiting for another update to add more land. Then I'll be able to move a bunch of buildings over there!

I suppose it goes well with the Sequence Fountains (and the Nero's Walls).

Very cool, Zenn, as always! :)
  • @ZennGlenn that is a very cool effect with dam ... and the water mansion up high
