Museum Of Super Fine Arts Freeze

When the game would tell me to claim a free land token and the museum of super fine arts I would claim it and then the game would freeze i have deleted then re installed the game but it still wouldn’t work

  • Mine freezes too at the same spot, both on my phone and my tablet.
  • Scratch that - I put my tablet down with the game "frozen", and a couple minutes later it had unfrozen itself. So maybe try waiting a few minutes.
  • I put my phone with game "frozen" for more than 2 hours but the game still not work.
    It's very frustrating and I can't understand why EA is not resolving this iussue. Several game company (like Supercell for example) resolve their bugs in less than a couple of hours.
  • Same thing is happening to me on my Apple device. I'm on the East Coast Canada. Stuck at that free land token screen and doesn't unfreeze despite waiting. I really hope EA fixes this before the weekend hits.
  • Same for me as Soon as i got the museum everything Froze and wont come back on, this thing Will make us miss the whole event its insane

    No one from EA is going to answer you here.

  • Just got off the phone with EA customer support.

    They have apparently received a memo from the dev team saying that they are aware of the situation and are working on it. They have asked support to send all affected accounts to them (for those who call or email in), so that they can determine the root cause and create the fix. As part of the memo, the dev team has told support to NOT roll back any games.

    So, if you are affected, I recommend reaching out so that your info (they asked for my permission) can be sent to the programmers. They currently have no timeline on the fix however.
