How do I post a screen shot on the forum?

Like i have a Macbook air and take screenshots and when they are in my files, I drag it here and it only said things like user blah blah blah. Can someone show my how they do it but not with words, instead with pictures. If you do want to explain it to me in words, pretend you are teaching this to a 9 year old kid.

You save your image on a site. Then you copy directly the BBcode link, or the Internet link like that [img]https://........... .jpg[/img]

I posted this last year, I use my PC for posting screenshots. I use Imgur.

One minor addendum: If you’re going to use a commercial image hosting site, make sure that they allow free external linking to your hosted images. Imgur is such a hosting site. Photobucket no longer is, having controversially changed their policy last year.
