Level 15 but no cooling towers!

  I've only just got mine too. I seem to be progressing much faster in levels than I am in tasks. You just have to do each task as it comes up in turn before it will allow you to get the next building/character. Get through them and you'll unlock the towers eventually. I'm trying to get Bart's Treehouse triggered right now and I'm not sure which task/character unlocks it, it's quite frustrating.

  I believe that the Halloween tasks have pushed us all back a bit.
  I've been using this guide in search for the church:

  It's not bang on, but the major buildings seem to be In the correct place.

  I've done everything it just keeps giving me silly tasks for Cletus and willy everyone else have no tasks. There's loads of stuff past level 11 up to 15 and none of it is open????

  Try and make sure that all characters are free at the same time. This way whoever is needed to trigger the tasks will be free and hopefully you will get a pop up (:
