Frink's Lab or KrustyLu for sure. You get a character, and a building to make you more money. Dr. Nick is also an awesome character to have because he has good jobs, and is voiced.

I'd say Frink. Funny character and somewhat decent tasks. To me any character with more than one outside animation is considered good.
