What's the point of KL tickets now

I haven't seen the subject before, so what the point of the KL tickets now? They don't count for the event, they convert to game money-big deal now for a lot of us. So am I missing something?

You can still buy Krustyland items with them

You can buy Krustyland items to put in your Springfield if you choose to resign your park there. There's new items available to put in SF.

Money can be exchanged for goods and services.

You can use them to buy parking lots which can be used anywhere in Springfield. Think of a mall, sports arena, or theatre venue with a parking lot that has cars parked in them. I think that opens up the design options a little more.

You have to finish barts tooth chipper quest line. Afterward you can tap on KL entrance to do it.

When I nuked my KL I was almost done building my tooth chipper and I haven't been able to get it. I beg for it to be fixed when the second group of tasks come

You can exchange your KL tickets for InGame Cash. You can use that IGC to farm for donuts.
