It does add to your event bonus %. But not enough to make it worth it, in my opinion.
Thanks. I recently got the 3000 currency things and got a second one and slightly upgraded it simply because I had so much of that currency. I'll hold onto the rest until I get the big cat thing.

Yep. It takes 5250 grants to fully upgrade Big Cat Country so all my grants are being stockpiled for that.
Well, I was just gonna get one but then I'd like to have additional hay bales, etc. So I've decided I'll get more for the extra decos and then store the additional Emu Experiences.
Make Nightmare Pile like Zombie Sandwich. All kids trick or treat at once.
There will be 4 additional attractions that will need upgrading just like the Emu Experience did.
It's a shame there is NO indication of that within the game. Casual players just see the nudge to constantly upgrade the Emu Experience. They're gonna blow through all their currency before getting to the Cat Country and then they'll need to start from near zero.

ehm the quest that starts once placed says to Upgrade bcc

I was referring to the time before one gets the BCC. For a regular player who isn't rushing with donuts, there are at least several days between getting the 3000 grants and getting the BCC.

That's their usual, devious method though, isn't it? No explanations, hope you figure it out in time? That's why there's a benefit to come here and find out, like i just did.
I just built my second emu farm, and will bring it up to the point of getting the extra bonus features. But thanks to this group, i know not to build a third yet. Thanks, gang!
Q: Do we use the same currency for all three acts?
All my designs look unfinished because i can't place as many plants, streetlights, and fences as i would like. PLEASE REMOVE THE LIMIT, EA!
That is why they are offering event currency for donuts at such a high clip. 10k of Grant's for a hundred donuts was a pretty good indicator to me that with the new event mechanics, currency is more than just grease for the crafting process. Looks to me that this is designed for players with ridiculous donut earning potential to really spend frivolously. It is clear that if you want to go big and craft say 3+ of each experience fully upgraded x5 unique experiences, yeah, you could go nuts spending donuts if you have them. Otherwise, most will have to settle for 1 or 2 of each exp, fully upgraded.
It's a new idea, let's see how it goes... so far I'm indifferent but have already splurged once on the 10k grants. So, here's to EA! It already worked lol
"I gave him a couple of blintzes to paint my fence but he never did it! "
Are you sure? I like having one for llamas and one for emus.
I think it should be possible later in the event to build more if I choose. I like the irony of the wrong animal in the exhibit. It is difficult to resist the floating icon.
Whoa, whoa, whoa – I only accept cash, bitcoin, or GameStop stock.

The prize track currency will change for each act. The grants used to upgrade attractions will remain the same throughout the event.

There is an indication in-game, the first time you tap the zoo entrance to set jobs the "attraction bonus guide" pops up and tells you to spend your sanctuary grants upgrading animal habitats and displays one of the later ones, and decorations from the others.
I got my first second building this mornng. Didn’t have space to place it so I x’ed it assuming I could get it from storage once space is made. Now it’s not in my storage so I have no way to place it or build another (I wouldn’t mind having one for each type of animal) anyone know if this is a known glitch?

If I get more than one, it'll be of something that looks good as an "extended" zoo exhibit, like the savanna plains.
